CSPS researchers, Professor Alvin Ang and Yuzilawati, attended the ASEAN Future Forum 2025, held in Hanoi on February 25-26, 2025. Professor Ang was one of the key speakers in Session 3, alongside the Foreign Minister of Laos and Brunei’s Minister of Foreign Affairs II, The Honourable Dato Seri Setia Haji Erywan bin Pehin Datu Pekerma Jaya Haji Mohd Yusof.
During his session, he discussed the opportunities arising from the shifting global political landscape and how ASEAN can leverage these changes to attract foreign investments that support a sustainable future for the region.
The two-day forum, themed "Building a United, Inclusive, and Resilient ASEAN Amidst Global Transformations," served as an open platform for generating ideas and addressing key issues shaping ASEAN’s future.
