Dr Diana Cheong delivered a keynote presentation at the 2nd Global Urban Innovation & Development Symposium (GUIDeS), exploring how think tanks can turn national aspirations into practical policy strategies through research, evidence, stakeholder engagement and strategic foresight.
Drawing on CSPS’s work across key policy areas, she emphasised how integrated, forward-looking policymaking can strengthen urban innovation, social resilience and sustainable development in support of Wawasan Brunei 2035.
