Thirty participants, who completed the Strategic Planning Masterclass Courses organised by the Centre for Strategic and Policy Studies (CSPS), received certificates during a ceremony yesterday.
CSPS Executive Director and Chief Researcher Dr Diana Cheong presented certificates to participants of the 5th Strategic Foresight courses.
This year, the course marked a significant achievement after being recognised internationally by UNESCO Chair for Future Studies, and Sejahtera Centre for Sustainability and Humanity, International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM).
Muhammad Nasrullah bin Murni from the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), Kelvin Wong Wee Chin and Chan Le Thieng from Ministry of Defence (Mindef); Lieutenant Colonel Haji Mohammad Albadii Shahnoel bin Haji Mohamad Noeh and Commander Pengiran Mohd Faren bin Pengiran Mohd Noor from Royal Brunei Armed Forces; Nur Azim bin Haji Matnor from Ministry of Health (MoH); and Dr Mohammad Iznan bin Haji Tarip from Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD) received certificates of competency with outstanding performance in strategic foresight methodology. Meanwhile, certificates of competency with merit in strategic foresight methodology were awarded to Dr Juliana Shak from UBD; Haji Azlan bin Haji Ghani and Nurmaszawani binti Muhammad Andok from MinDef; Omsarule bin Haji Omar from the PMO; Amal Hayati binti Haji Junaidi from Ministry of Development; Dayangku Hajah Tuty Shahrina binti Pengiran Haji Mat Said from MoH; Nurul Hafizah binti Haji Shahari from DST; Pengiran Hajah Siti Rahmah binti Pengiran Haji Mohammad from Attorney General’s Chambers; and Dr Muhammad Alif bin Haji Sismat from Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali.
